What is the worship service like?
CBC hosts a worship service each each week where the music is contemporary and the Bible is presented in a theologically accurate and relevant way.

How do I get there?
From I-66, Take Fairfax County Parkway North, Exit
#55, Take a right on Fair Lakes Parkway, Make a left on
Fair Lakes Court, Take next immediate left into AFCEA .
What should I wear?
Casual clothes are the norm at CBC. So feel free to leave the suit and tie at home!
Are there programs for my children?
Younger children are invited to be a part of CBC's Kid Zone. If you have a little trouble finding it, just ask one of our greeters to help you. When you arrive at the Children's Ministry area someone will be there to greet you and help you register your kids and take them to their classrooms where they will enjoy a fun and exciting morning at CBC. CBC Kid Zone, with classes for infants through fifth graders, meets at 9:30 and ll: 00 a.m. every Sunday. For more information click on the ministries tab.
If you have a teenager - Middle School and high school students meet at 9:30 a.m. Students will enjoy a class at 9:30 specifically designed for them where they can meet good friends, figure out their questions, and gain a solid spiritual foundation. Students meet in the Blue Room on the first floor. If you need assistance finding the Blue Room please ask a greeter to help. At 11:00 students are invited to attend the service with you. Are there classes for adults?
CBC offers adult electives at 9:30 a.m. . You can check them out anytime you choose. The electives offer you the opportunity to meet others and to grow. Check out our home page under 9:30 a.m. to get more information on the current elective.
What are the next steps?
CBC allows you to stay in the background and check things out at your own pace. However, if you desire to get connected, here are some suggested steps to take in whatever order you would like to move in that direction: After attending a Sunday morning worship service hang around and meet Pastor Val. He is usually greeting attenders as they exit the front door and would love to meet you. Attend an adult elective and get to know others, join a Home group that meets near you for Bible Study, to make new friends and to encourage one another. When you are ready to know more about CBC and are considering becoming a member register for the next Discovery class.
